Brief History

1992
The club was formed after the break-up of the Cumbernauld Loyal. The main difference being the adding of the word "New".

The Cumbernauld loyal was formed in the early 1980's and provided mainly a transport and ticket service for its members. A wide range of lager products could be purchased from the convenor as well as clothing, toys, general household appliances and miscellaneous. Ah happy times!

Stevie Mochrie sent me this one of himself, Gary Watson and Ian Thompson presenting Davie Cooper with the Player of the Year trophy in May 1985. Stevie would like me to point out that he is on the far left of the photo.

The club is restructured to its present format With Commander Morris at the helm. A proper bank account is maintained and members are actually told where their money goes.
